Making A Reservation [ Return to Top of Page ]
After Verifying Availability with us, do the following;
- Complete and sign the rental agreement that was attached to the Availability Confirmation e-mail. Click here if you still need to check availability.
- Return the completed rental agreement. Click here to view a copy of the rental agreement.
- Make a deposit. Click here to go to PayPal to make your deposit. PayPal payments should be made to the account of payments at 5starvacationrentals.com.
- No reservations are considered confirmed until a deposit is made and the signed rental agreement is returned.
- Send us an e-mail when these steps are complete. Click here to send an e-mail.
- A reservation confirmation letter in the name of the guest will be sent both by e-mail and postal mail.
- Complete your travel plans by booking airlines, car rentals, and hotel reservations with our travel affiliates. Click here to book the rest of your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy [ Return to Top of Page ]
- Cancellation notices must be made by e-mail and phone.
- Full cancellation allowed prior to a deposit being made.
- The guest may cancel a reservation after a deposit is made as long as it is thirty one days prior to the check in date (resort policy). The guest shall receive a refund of all monies paid minus Fifty Dollars to cover administrative costs.
- Depending on the timeframe and other mitigating circumstances it may also be possible to refund the Fifty Dollar administrative fee. Check with us before cancelling.
- No cancellations permitted after thirty one days prior to the check in date.
- No refunds will be permitted as a result of a failure by the guest to occupy and use the rental unit.
